I’m thrilled to be sharing another layout using the Beach Vibes collection by Dennis Bruton. This is fast becoming one of my fave collections, I just love all the bright, summery colours & perfect icons!!!
I’ve used 2 patterned papers, as my background, Shoreline & Sunshine over the top. I cut down Sunshine to 9.5 inches & tore the bottom edge & distressed & curled it. I added this onto the Shoreline paper so bits of the pattern peaked out. On either side edge I added some of the Rub ons to extend the pattern showing onto the woodgrain paper.
I placed my 4×4″ photo onto some papers from the 6×8 paper pack & added middle left. This was the perfect opportunity to add the large Laser cut palm tree. I placed it on the left edge, over the background patterned paper & Rub on & just touching onto the photo.
I then made up my embellishment cluster, Title onto the photo, using the Chipboard words, wavey puffy stickers, Laser cuts & more Rub ons.
That just left the base of the palm tree that looked like it was suspended in mid air!!! To combat this I added a secondary cluster, at the base, using more Laser cuts & a word strip from one of the manufacture’s strips, these add extras to an already full collection!!
A few seed beads & white splatters finished off my layout.
