Hello creative friends!
It’s finally October, Halloween time. I’m trying to hold off until at least October before the Halloween season begins, but now I’m finally letting loose.
Besides decorating the house and preparing boxes of candy and costumes, for me October also means visiting a few pumpkin farms and taking lots of autumn-themed photos. In this project you can see one of the thousand photos taken on the farm!

It’s a fairly simple project; I especially wanted to play with the double meaning that October has for me: 50% spooky, Halloween-style, and 50% autumn colors, pumpkins, and leaves in autumnal hues. So I decorated the left side in a Halloween mood and the right side in an autumnal mood, also following the photo, which is both autumnal and Halloween-inspired.

For the left side I used a mix of lasercuts such as the spider web, the dry branch and many bats, instead on the right side we find 2 removable tags with the story of the day, autumn leaves both lasercut and diecut.

On the black circles of the patterned paper I added diecuts and white Rub-ons to give movement.

Then all I had to do was add the title, the dictionary-style diecuts (which I love!), and a few stickers. And here’s the result.
