Hello everyone & welcome back to the 49 and Market blog.
Julie back with you again today sharing a layout using the gorgeous new collection from Dennis Bruton, Starlight Dreams. It’s full of dreamy images, feathers, dream catchers & fabulous cool colours.
I went with the dream catcher vibe & did my layout of these cute photos of a sleeping baby, nothing is cuter… right!!!
I chose the woodgrain paper, as my background, out the 12×12 patterned paper pack & added some light stencilling using a pale blue ink.
I placed my 2 photos either side, left & right, & connected them using some doilies, die cut circles using the 6×8 paper pad & some circle Laser Cut Elements. I positioned these in the centre of the layout going left to right, across the page.
I added in some buttons & lace doilies, out my stash, to pull the horizontal line together. I placed 2 clusters of the feathers out the Laser Cut Elements pack & added some white thread to look like they were ‘hanging’ from the circles.
A few of the Blendable Rub-On Transfers & some white ink splatters finished my layout.
