Hello, 49 and Market fans!
Welcome to the blog today.
I am so excited to share another layout designed with the amazing Wanderlust Explorer collection. I tried to capture a sense of adventure with these cute photos of my grandson, even though they’re not technically travel photos. I had this photoshoot with my grandson a few years ago. It’s proof that a travel-themed collection isn’t just for traditional vacation photos, and works well for a playful, storytelling layout. He really does look like a little traveler, waiting for an adventure!

For this layout, I used the Globe Adventures paper, a perfect choice! The warm tones on the top contrast beautifully with the cooler blue tones.

My next step was to build layers under my photo using Ephemera Bits and Laser Cut Elements. All the edges were inked with brown ink.

For the title, I chose words from the chipboard set.
To create the clusters on the sides of the photo I used laser-cut elements and chipboard words. I inked all the elements with brown ink. I used double sided tape for dimension.

The final touches to this layout included rub-ons, wishing bubbles, and splatters with diluted white gesso.
