Welcome to the blog today.
I am sharing a layout I created using the enchanting Nature’s Haven collection. The color palette of red, coral, and white is vibrant yet soft.
This whimsical layout features my sweet granddaughter and celebrates the wonder of childhood with nature-inspired details and lots of love.
I used the Blossom Sprinkle paper as my background. The photo is matted on a large die-cut tag using the Strawberry Love paper included in the Solids collection and framed with a wooden-look frame from the Laser Cut Elements Set. For the large tag I used the Sizzix Snap and Swap Large Tags die.
On the left corner, I echoed the background by adding more stumps, mushrooms, and a wooden fence from the Laser Cut Elements set to create a forest floor effect.
On the right corner, I added a dimensional cluster with foam-taped mushrooms, a little mouse nibbling on a strawberry, and a curious jackal peeking in from the Laser Cut Elements set, capturing a magical woodland moment.
I created two lush flower clusters using variety of pretty blooms, mixing in wildflowers, strawberries, and layered die-cut leaves from the Laser Cut Wildflower Set for a soft, natural feel. For the green gingham leaves, I used the Sizzix Forever Leaves stamp and die set to cut from the center of a coordinating pattern paper (B-side of the Simply Sweet paper). This way, I preserved the outer part of the sheet for use in another layout.
To finish my off, I added puffy sticker phrases, tiny dots and hearts, splashes with diluted white gesso and art stones. I also added butterflies.
