Hey friends!
Brianna Estrella here, and I’ve got a new layout to share with y’all today using the new Nature’s Haven collection. This collection is so soft and sweet, and I had the perfect photos to go with it. My daughter loves to play outside,e and when I snapped these photos, she was wearing a cute outfit with strawberries on it. I knew right away that these were the perfect ones to document with this new collection! Here’s my page:
When I was going through the collection, I was immediately inspired by the Fabric Strips, so I decided to highlight them on this page. I chose a piece of textured white cardstock for my base so that the strips would pop off of the page a bit more. After I applied the Fabric Strips to the center of my cardstock, I decided that my background needed a little bit of patterned paper. So I tore a large section off of the right side of the cardstock and adhered it to a piece of the Peach Please Solids Sheet from the 12×12 Solids Collection pack. It added a nice amount of pattern, and it was also soft enough to not distract from the rest of my layout.
Next, I matted my photos using a paper from the 6×8 Collection pack and arranged them right on top of the Fabric Strips. I also layered a few of the Die Cut Elements behind each of the photos. I tucked and layered them all together, and I love how it turned out!
I then wanted to add some floral bits into my photo clusters, so I pulled in a few pieces from the Laser Cut Element Wildflower Set and adhered them down. I also pulled in one of the large flag banners from the Laser Cut Element Set and added it to the top right corner of my page. Next, I chose a phrase from the Puffy Stickers sheet and adhered it down on one of my photos. I was really loving how this layout was coming together!
Next, I built a simple embellishment cluster at the bottom left corner using more of the Laser Cut Element Sets. There are so many adorable icons in this collection!! For some finishing touches, I sprinkled in some of the dots from the Puffy Stickers and then added in some gold ink splatters. Here’s one last look:
