Winter shopping - Layout by Claire

Hello everyone and Happy December!

I love this time of year and the Evergreen Season collection is just the job for documenting those fabulous festive stories.

For this layout, I’m documenting a trip to the Christmas Markets in Zurich, Switzerland last year which was a bucket list moment for me.

I combined one of the square Chipboard Frames with frames from the Ephemera Bits to house my photos, using the different colours and earthy tones to create extra depth and interest.

To reflect the fact I was away on a trip, I layered some of the ephemera envelopes underneath my smaller photo to reflect my travel and used this as a base for my first small cluster, made with a small title and floral from the Wildflower Laser Cuts and Laser Cut Elements. For my other clusters, I opted for fir branches to help give the layout that extra rustic feel.

The Chipboard words gave me so many options for my main title but I settled on Winter shopping as that’s exactly what we were doing – and having so much fun whilst doing it!
