Hello everyone & welcome back to the 49 and Market blog.
Julie back with you again today & I’m sharing a layout mixing Rust and Revs collection with a bit of Color Swatch Ochre thrown in to document a cute birthday photo with a new toy car.
I used white cardstock, as my base, for this layout & added some ink to it using a distressed circle stencil & some black splatters.
Using a branding strip & pieces out the Die Cut Elements pack I created a vertical column to the right of centre. I mounted my photo on one of the wood frames & added a few bits out the Color Swatch Ochre collection to bring in some pops of yellow.
I adhered the large ‘Petal to the Metal’ title, on the right, over another smaller frame, a ticket & some cogs.
I then embellished around the page with the Rub Ons & Wishing Bubbles & Baubles. I cut a small bit off each 12″ edge, distressed & added onto a 12×12 paper out the Color Swatch Ochre Collection.
