One perfect day – Album by Sneha

Hello, everybody!
Today, I’m sharing a project on the 49 and Market blog, featuring a revamped version of one of my old books, showcasing the beautiful One Perfect Day collection by Joanne Bain.

I started with a canvas as my base. Then, I cut all the papers to a slightly smaller size than the canvas. I glued them on top of each other in layers, ensuring they were not flat to create a vintage, textured look. I also added a sheet from the 12×12 designer paper collection, folding it in the same manner. To enhance the vintage effect, I ripped some of the edges of the papers.

Next, I selected some die-cut elements, such as a curtain frame, a wedding dress, and a suit. I also used lace, doilies, and chipboard from my stash.

From the laser-cut elements set, I chose a wedding cake, lights, and beautiful clusters of wildflowers. I arranged the embellishments, using the curtain frame as the focal point. The flower clusters were placed between each paper layer until I was satisfied with the layout.

At the end, I added the ‘One Perfect Day’ quote using chipboard words and applied Distress Ink in Vintage Photo to the edges. The overall color palette features pastel shades of beige, pink, and white, creating a soft and delicate atmosphere.
