Hello fellow 49 and Market Friends!
It’s Nikki Sher back to show you a project I created using the brand new Nature’s Haven Collection designed by Joanne Bain. I also used the new 49 and Market and Sizzix Snap & Swap Large Tags and Snap & Swap Pockets. I am totally enamored with this collection and these dies!
For this project, I decided to use both sizes of tags in the die set. Using the 6×8 Collection Pack, I die cut six papers with the smaller tag in the Snap & Swap Large Tags set. I then used the Solids Paper Pack and die cut six of the larger tags in the Snap & Swap Large Tags set. I layered them on top of each other but only connected them with the ribbon so they can swing back and forth and have some movement in the tag.
To decorate the tags, I used the scraps from the 6×8 Collection Pack and layered them on top of the small tag. I love the look of the torn edge with this collection! Half of the tags have a photo spot using the frames from the Die Cut Elements pack and the other half are embellished with a scene I created using the Die Cut Elements and Laser Cut Elements.
To finish the tag fronts, I added as many Die Cut and Laser Cut Elements as I could – those little critters are just too cute! After I’d tied all the tags together, I decided to add some strawberry charms I had in my stash to the bows. I just love the extra detail it adds to each tag!
After completing the tag fronts, I decided I wanted somewhere you could write a message or put a gift card. The Snap & Swap Pockets are the perfect solution for this! They fit perfectly on the back of the large tag and you can even make them have a ¼” gusset if you have something thick to put in there. Now you can use this tag as a decoration in your home, on a gift bag or make it the gift itself!
