Hello there!
It’s Claire here and today I’m sharing a layout made with the beautiful Kaleidoscope collection. This collection is absolutely stunning! It has such a tropical, bright, and happy feel, I couldn’t wait to get scrapping!
For this page, I’m documenting some photos from a visit to the Botanical Gardens in the Caribbean.
The Kaleidoscope 12×12 Paper Collection Pack immediately caught my eye – the patterned paper is so vibrant with beautiful patterns and florals that make the creation process really easy.
Selecting the Iridescent Flutters paper, I followed the pattern on the design as a guide as to where to place my clusters, with one large cluster on the left and side, and a slightly smaller one on the right.
I adhered the Kaleidoscope Fabric Tape Assortment to some scrap white cardstock and cut some of the main images of birds, flowers and butterflies using nesting circle dies, ranging from 1”-2”.
I arranged this in amongst the pattern on the paper, raising some on foam and laying some flat, creating movement and dimension.
To each cluster, I added some extra circular elements from the Kaleidoscope Laser Cut Elements and the Kaleidoscope Chipboard Set.
Echoing the circular design, I cut my photos into circles and arranged these across the page, adding some rub-ons underneath, again to echo the circular design.
I slotted some die cut florals and leaves into each cluster and added a colourful butterfly from the Laser Cut Elements. I selected a bold pink title from the Kaleidoscope Chipboard Words pack, placing this between the two clusters to help bring the design together and finished with a few Epoxy stickers.
