Hello everyone & welcome back to the 49 and Market blog.
Julie back with you today & I’m excited to share a Christmas layout using the new Mistletoe and memories collection from Vicki Boutin.
As soon as I saw the background paper, out the 12×12 paper pad, I knew I wanted to stitch it!! I just love stitching on my layouts & thought that this would add some lovely texture.
Once I’d finished doing the hand stitching, I machine stitched around the inner circle to add more definition.
I made up one of the pockets out the Die Cut assortment pack & added my photos, one on ephemera pieces & one in a frame from the Frame Necessities pack.
I added one of the Christmas trees out the Icon Die Cuts at the top, under my photos & built up a cluster of the presents to the right hand side.
In the centre of the ‘wreath’ I added some of the Essential & Blendable Rub-on Transfers, ‘hung’ a couple of baubles & added my title from the Puffy Stickers.
