Hello everyone,
Julie back with you again today sharing a layout using the awesome Academia!!! I didn’t have any current school photos & I was sure my children wouldn’t appreciate me putting their old school photos out there, so I’ve used this collection in a different way to show how versatile it is.
Using the B side of Bookworm paper, as my base, I’ve laid an 9×10″ paper over the top to add all my clusters onto. I distressed & curled the bottom edge of this paper & added a few extra layers to bring in some more colour. I finished the edge with a notebook laser cut element piece.
At the top of the 9×10″ piece I added another horizontal border using laser cut elements, die cut elements & blendable rub on transfers & some twine for added texture.
I added my 2 photos vertically down the left-hand side & fussy cut some of the hexagons off the congratulations paper, distressed the edges & added around the photos. This gave me areas to add words & icons out the die cut elements pack.
I then went around the page adding all the amazing small blendable rub on transfers. These are a must, rub on so easily & add the perfect finishing touch.
