Hello everyone & welcome back to the 49 and Market blog.
It’s Julie back with you again & I’m using the new collection Cottagecore, a fun collection all about cooking & family life in the house & kitchen. I’ve used some cute photos of my friend’s grandson ‘helping’ baking a cake, defiantly a memory to cherish.
I used a background paper, out the 12×12 collection pack & added a few areas of green ink top right & bottom left & added splatters in a light brown. I backed both my photo clusters with papers out the 6×8 collection pack & made them into 2 separate areas on the page. I used one of the recipe cards, out the recipe card pack, just perfect for this page, & added it top left. 2 of my photos went on top of that & I tucked in an apron out the Die Cut Elements pack, to the right. I added some twine, to the bottom of the photo, stringing on 3 of the cute cooking utensils.
On the bottom right hand cluster I tucked in a couple of tags, from the Die Cut Elements pack, above my photo & tied on some inked seam binding ribbon to add in some texture.
To the left of the photo I adhered one of the ingredient clusters out the Laser Cut Elements Kitchen Edition, which went perfectly with my cake making theme.
My title piece came out of the Die Cut Elements pack. I added some of the Blendable Rub On Transfers to add some sayings to match the photos & a couple of Epoxy Coated Stickers finished the page.
