Hello, 49 and Market Friends!
Valeska here with you today sharing my 12×12 layout process video on 49 and Market YouTube channel.
This is my first project with the new ARToptions Rouge collection, which is perfect for any kind of project, especially love themed.
To begin my project, I chose the Tender Moment Paper from ARToptions Rouge 12×12 paper collection and the colored foundation 01 from ARToptions Rouge colored foundation pack.
I tore the Tender Moments paper around the image of the flowers, then rolled up the edge to give it even more volume. I did the same with the other part of the paper, but this time I used the checkered back without flowers.
I cut off the lower part of the paper, to use this leftover underneath my pictures. I glued the two parts of the patterned paper, on the pink paper of the colored foundation 01.
I used my sewing machine with white thread to sew the edges of my page. With the background of my layout prepared, I used the title “love you more” from the 12×12 Rouge Sentiments Rub-on transfer sheet on the colored foundation paper. I added sewing rub-ones from the ARToptions Rouge Transfer Set on the top edge next to the ones
that I made with the machine.
When preparing my page, I decided to use only one photo. Under it, I added two tags from the Tag Set and removed the thread because I will add a larger thread later. I used tickets from the Ticket essentials of the Color Swatch Blossom which matches perfectly with this collection. I used flowers and leaves from the ARToptions laser cut wildflowers near my photo with 3d foam stickers to make layers and give more volume to my flower arrangement.
Then I glued some butterflies up and down.
Finishing my layout, I applied splashes of white gesso diluted with water on top of the whole page. And that is it!
