Back today with another layout created with the gorgeous Birdsong Collection. Love this collection with all its beautiful array of colours and gorgeous elements.
I have used papers from the Birdsong 12 x 12 paper collection – the base is the reverse side of the Harmoneous Symphany paper and then the reverse side of the journal cards paper was torn down before adhering to the Harmoneous Symphany paper. The blue doily is from the Laser Cut Elements pack – which I sanded on the edges – cut in half and adhered at the top and the bottom of the torn edge.
The photos were all matted onto the frame cards found in the Ephemera bits pack – and adhered with foam tape for dimension. I have added some rubons on the side from the essentials rubon pack.
The lacey bit is from the lasercut elements adhered under the photos. I then added lots of wildflower lasercuts around the top and bottom of the photos – using foam dots to add dimension. I added the little paper “bull dog” clips from the lasercut elements pack.
I also added a “ribbon bow” and the title “Life is beautiful” from the lasercut elements pack, as well as adding the bird cage and the little bird in the left bottom corner.
I finished off adding some lasercut butterflies and the rubon quote “this is better than any fairytale”
