Life Is An Adventure – Layout by Nicole

Hey all!
Nicole here with my newest layout featuring the Krafty Garden Collection from 49 and Market! This collection is full of blues, yellows, and browns and is just beautiful! I am scrapbooking a picture that I took in Ireland of the countryside and this collection was perfect for this pic!

I started by grabbing my Krafty Garden Page Kit to make my layout. I decided to go on my own for this page instead of using the instructions. I grabbed a bunch of the die cuts and layered up my picture.

I used the new Painted Pencil Leaves stamp and die from Sizzix to stamp a leaf on the Swallowtail Spectacle paper. I used the die cut leaves to start embellishment clusters on my layout.

I made sure to fold up the edges of my leaves to give them some dimension, then I added some little yellow chipboard flowers from the kit to my clusters. I also added a journal spot and my title from the chipboard as well. I then added some yellow and blue flowers to my page.

To finish my page I added my journaling and some splatters through my clusters.
