Hello, 49 and Market Friends!
Valeska here with you today sharing my first process video on 49 and Market YouTube.
I hope you enjoy it.
This is my first project with the new Vintage Artistry Tranquility collection, and I loved every bit of it. The color palette is perfect, and it surely conveys peace and tranquility.
To begin my project, I chose two black-and-white photos of my daughter. I separated all the material I was going to use on my page, including my background paper which I chose the Colored Foundation 4 from the Colored Foundations Pack, I thought building all the details on a more neutral base would be perfect.
I have separated ephemera bits, the Tranquility Cluster Kit details, and the Laser Cut Elements. I glued vertically and in the middle of my paper, a strip of green lace and then positioned two oval frames, one on each side of the lace. On top, I placed the photos with 3D foam stickers to gain height and be able to position more elements underneath them.
From there, I positioned the elements that I had separated from this beautiful collection, forming flower clusters, ticket arrangements, and phrases to make my page even more special. I used words from the Ephemera pack for my title, Hello Sweet.
One of the techniques I like to use more in scrapbooking is layering and if you don’t have 3d foam stickers, you can use pieces of cardboard or chipboard that are left from past projects.
I hope you enjoy the video:
