Hey all,
Nicole here with a very patriotic scrapbook page featuring the Summer Porch collection! I am documenting my sweet nephew playing with bubbles on July 4th and this collection was perfect for these wonderful memories.
The first thing that I did for this layout was to do my paper piecing. I am using the Solids Collection Pack for all the paper in this layout. I used the white colored solid as my back ground and cut 3 banners out of light blue, red, and dark blue. I then used the Blendable Rub-Ons to add some interest on the layout behind the banners.
I then wend through the Acetate Assortment and found 3 butterflies and the filmstrips to add to my page. I used the words “summer” and “vibes” from the Chipboard Words to form most of my title. I got the “hello” for the title and lots of other little bits from the Ephemera Bits.
To finish off my page I used Florets in Salt all over my page and then added some epoxy dots from the Essentials Project Tote. After some splatters of paint my page was complete.
