Hello Lovelies!!
Today, I am so excited to bring you my newest layout. I decided to do a masculine layout because I don’t really create them often enough. I find them a little bit harder to do for some reason.
This layout is using various items of 12×12 papers, Acetate Assortment Pack, Rub-on, Laser Cut Elements, and Ephemera Bits from the Wherever Collection which has super colour combinations to work with. I also mixed in a few Ticket Essentials and rub-on transfers in Hickory throughout the clusters and background.
I used one of the larger film strip frames from the Acetate Assortment Pack for my photo, and I created two different clusters to frame the photo. I love mixing and matching elements from different collections so I chose a few tickets from the Ticket Essentials in Hickory to tuck into the clusters, along with the Ephemera Bits and Laser Cut Elements from the Wherever Collection. I chose flowers from Wild Flowers in Slate and Rustic Bouquet in Blue Jay to bring in some blue on my layout. Here you can view some close-up of the clusters.
Once my design was in place I added some rub-on transfers around my design and the background edges. The rub-on transfers from 49&Market are one of my favorite items to use because they allow you to add subtle details, or you can add wonderful background accents and change awesome papers like adding coloring with different watercolor effects. They are so easy to use too. As a finishing touch I added some seed beads for a bit more texture and interest. I hope you like it as much as I do.
