Believe Santa - Layout by Valeska

Hello, 49 and Market Friends,

Christmas is coming and we’ve already decorated everything around here. But there’s one thing I miss with my young children, and that’s believing in Santa Claus. I think everything had a different magic, although even when they’re older they still love Christmas very much. I prepared this layout with the beautiful Christmas Spectacular collection.

I used the Welcome paper from the 12×12 paper collection and sewed white cardstock onto it. I cut 1/4 inch off the edges and another 5 inches off the top.

On the top edge of the white cardstock, I used a stencil from the 12×12 Color wash rub-on transfer sheet. And on top of the stencil between the white and red paper, I glued green Laser Cut Greenery leaves in high relief. I assembled them in layers and filled in the entire joint between the papers.

I put my photo in one of the red frames from Chipboard phrases and positioned it on the far-left side of my layout, next to the foliage. I used some elements from the Ephemeras bits pack to decorate.

I positioned Christmas balls from the General Laser Cut elements. One of each color at different heights, as if they were hanging from the foliage above.
For the title, I chose the words Believe Santa from the Chipboard Word Set, on the top of my page.

In the bottom right-hand corner I made a small arrangement at the bottom, with stencil at the back and ephemeras on top and in layers. I finished my page with some wishing bubbles and baubles near my photo and in the small cluster.
