Portraits of the past – Layout by Viktoriia

Greetings from Norway!

Today I want to show you a very vintage and slightly dramatic layout from the new Nostalgic Memories collection.
I was very lucky that my friend had suitable photographs and I was able to fully realize the potential of the newest collection.

I chose what I thought was the most beautiful piece of paper with a luxurious damask pattern. I placed two photographs of different sizes on it.

I framed the photograph and raised it above the other using pieces of cardboard.
Around it I created a cluster of different elements, using the paper elements that I found in the Nostalgic Memories Laser Cut florals set.

I added the words “Portraits of the past” from Nostalgic Memories Chipboard words set. I also included a typewriter simply because the layout’s description is shaped like typewriter keys. I think it looks great together.

At the very end, I added bronze glitter for shimmer. In some places, I added Ranger ink Fossil. I diluted the pigment with water and used the ink like watercolor.
