Welcome to the blog today.
I am sharing a layout I created using the adorable Little Celebrations collection. The soft, muted pastels give this collection a very gentle, dreamy look that’s perfect for baby-themed projects. It has a vintage and whimsical feel, which is timeless and elegant.
For this layout, I used the Bundle of Joy paper, it perfectly captures the innocence and sweetness of a newborn.
My next step was to build layers under my photo. The photo was layered on strips from the 6×8 One Perfect Day Collection Pack and the 12×12 Building Blocks paper, which I die-cut with tab dies. All the edges were distressed with brown ink.
For the title, I selected sentiments “Welcome to the World”, and “Look out world here I come”, from the Rub-on Transfer Set, which add such warmth and are subtly blended into the photo, enhancing without overpowering it.
More rub-ons were added to the background.
A gorgeous set of Laser Cut Elements is included in his collection and I layered and adhered them around the photo.
Adding the die-cut banner at the bottom to echo the top banner creates a lovely visual balance and frames the photo perfectly.
The final touches to this layout included wishing bubbles, dots, and splatters with diluted white gesso.
