Baby bliss – Layout by Sneha

Hello, crafty friends!

Today, I’m thrilled to share a heartwarming baby-themed scrapbook layout created using the stunning LITTLE CELEBRATIONS/ LITTLE DREAMERS COLLECTION from 49 and market designed by Joanne Bain. This layout is a soft and magical celebration of babyhood—full of gentle charm, warm neutrals, and layered textures that tell a beautiful story.

From the moment I laid eyes on this collection, I was transported into a world filled with pastel rainbows, cuddly critters, and the innocence of childhood. So let’s take a closer look at how this layout came to life—and how you can recreate something similar for your own cherished memories.

The soft earthy tones, dreamy illustrations, and heartwarming sentiments of the collection is breathtaking . The goal? To create a keepsake layout that doesn’t just show a photo—but tells a story around it.

A blank white base was transformed using light washes of mint, aqua, and peach watercolors. I used the splatter and squishing technique and added subtle script stamping for texture and depth. The effect gives a delicate and airy—like clouds behind the scene.

I worked horizontally across the page, anchoring the photo in the center and building outward.

I tucked in:

• Adorable animals from Laser Cut element set (squirrel, raccoon, bunny, giraffe, Wooden toys like a rocking horse and toy train)

• Rub-on transfers like Balloons, rainbow, stars, and banners

• Gorgeous neutral florals from the ephemera pack from LITTLE CELEBRATIONS collection

What sets this layout apart is how the layers lift off the page. I used foam adhesives and dimensional embellishments (like the “BABY” letter blocks) to give the layout incredible depth without overwhelming it. Finishing it with the title from “Somewhere over the rainbow, dreams really do come true”. It’s sweet, It’s hopeful. And it matches the theme and mood perfectly. A little dreamland on paper.
