Hello Creative Friends,
here I am with a new layout, the first with the Starlight Dreams collection! As I was telling you the other time, winter is not my favorite season. Besides not liking the cold, the colors are softer and it is more difficult for me to find the right papers to match them. However, I discovered that the new collection designed by Dennis Bruton with his colors is perfect for snow photos! So I was finally able to scrapbook my snow photos and here is the result.

First I tore 2 patterned papers and distressed the edges, I decided how to arrange the photos (being very similar I decided to overlap them slightly and matt the one above to make it stand out). I then inserted the decorative elements, lots of flowers and laser cut elements matching them with the colors of the photo and with the geometric fantasy of the patterned. At this point I decided the position of the chipboard title.

Finally I can add small details to complete the layout and in this case I decided to use a Rub-ons applied directly on the photo and a sprinkling of white droplets to give a snow effect to the project too.

Caption and date and here is the result. I love the contrast between the photos and the patterned papers while maintaining a common thread, I hope it will inspire you too.
