Hello everyone,
I extend my best wishes for a happy and healthy new year. Personally, I am truly excited to continue promoting this fantastic brand. My first inspiration is a layout using the products from the new collection “Toddler Time” by Katie Pertiet. This delightful collection is illustrated with children’s characters and pets. I selected this photo of my grandchildren, capturing their radiant smiles.
I chose the paper “Toddler Time – Adverts”, with ads in an old style. Not in my usual choices but I wanted to try. To reduce the intensity of the background, I apply a layer of white gesso in the center of my presentation. On top I rub-on transfers. Then, I set up my central cluster with ephemeral elements, a frame and a placemat that I superimpose with cardboard. Last I come to add some embellishments to garnish and improve the whole.
I delighted with the new ready-to-use embellishment included in the “Toddler Time Laser Cut Icons” package. In the window, I place a sheet of paper with writings. To position it, I add a sufficient thickness of cardboard so that it can overlap my photo.
To embellish the side, I utilized two hearts from the “Toddler Time Ephemera Bits” package and incorporated a butterfly using rub-on transfers. I will complete the piece by adding some “Wishing Bubbles & Baubles” for a touch of shine.
