Hey friends!
Brianna Lepper here today and I’m so thrilled to share a layout using the new Summer Porch collection. This collection is stunning and will be so perfect for all of your Summer memories whether they’re at the beach, lake, on a boat, at a park or just hanging out in your backyard! Here’s my layout:
To start, I went through the 12×12 patterned papers and pulled out the Watchtower and Charted papers. I tore the Watchtower paper right down the center so that I could use the sailboat portion and save the other half for a different layout. I then adhered it to the woodgrain side of the Charted paper and I love how it looks! I LOVE working with rub ons, you can really create some gorgeous foundations for your layouts and embellishment clusters by layering them together. I went ahead and pulled out the Essentials Rub-Ons and layered a few around the page.
Here’s a shot of a few rub ons that I had layered together. This cluster looks so pretty!
Next, I went through the By Land Laser Cuts and pulled out several pieces to tuck behind my photos. I also matted my photos using a paper from the 6×8 Paper Pad. For my title, I used a phrase from the Chipboard Words pack and centered it between my photos. It was perfect.
Laser Cuts are one of my favorite embellishments. If you don’t like a lot of dimension on your pages, they’re so thin and you can layer them together and not get a lot of height!
After I adhered my photos and Laser Cuts down, I tucked in some additional pieces from the Ephemera Bits pack in some of the nooks and crannies.
I love the bright and bold color palette in this collection. Everything really pops on this page!
