Hello everyone,
Julie back with you again today sharing my first layout using the gorgeous new Krafty Garden collection. This collection has beautiful tones of yellow & green & of course Katie’s beautiful botanicals!!!
I chose paper #8 for my base as I liked the dark background against the contrast of the light flowers. This paper lends itself to 2 halves & that’s how I used it. I first made a little ‘scene’, at the base, using some of the botanical rub ons & the mini laser cuts & that adorable picket fence!!!
I then turned my attention to decorating the top section, making a large horizontal cluster & adding my photo in the centre.
I used some of the bigger ephemera bits to make the base of my cluster & the mat under my photo. I extended out by using some of the blendable rub ons.
Time to embellish, I tucked in extra ephemera bits, laser cuts, mini laser cuts, chipboard words, postage stamp washi tape & wishing bubbles.
