Hello everyone!
Wishing you all a very Merry Christmas as it draws ever closer! I love creating for Christmas. From decorating the outside of the house, to the tree, to the presents, to all the little displays inside the house….to scrapbook pages! There’s just something about it that takes over you. I guess that’s the Christma Spirit!! So, of course, I have used the incredible Christmas Spectacular collection this year. The most beautiful Christmas collection EVER!!
I have used the beautiful “the Spirit” paper for my background. I love the diagonal swash of green and the grid printed on this paper. On the very top left, I placed holly from the Acetate Foliage with 2 of the ornaments from the General Laser Cut Elements underneath. I thought this went perfectly with the ornaments in the photo.
To the left of the photo, I added a couple of the gorgeous poinsettias and some berries from the Greenery Laser Cut Elements. I used one of the frames from the Chipboard Frames underneath the photo. Love them!! I placed a white tag under the sentiment, both from the Ephemera Bits. I placed the white tag under the sentiment so that it would pop. The large title under that is from the Ephemera Bits as well. So many titles in this collection! Under the beginning of the title, I have used a flower outline from the 6×6 Foliage Rub-On Transfer Set to extend the design down from above the flowers on this side, where there is a holly outline printed on the paper.
Directly under the title, I placed flowers and leaves from the Acetate Foliage pack to fill in that area. Right next to that are the very coveted presents!! They are from the Genera Laser Cut Elements. Then on the very bottom on the right, I added another holly from the Acetate Foliage to mimic the one on the top left. Above the presents, I extended the green swash of color with more green from the 12×12 Color Wash Transfer Sheet. I also used a little rub (Paris) from the 6×8 Classic Rub-On Transfer Set below the presents.
On the right of the photo, I added more poinsettias from the Greenery Laser Cut Elements with a holly sprig from the Acetate Foliage pack just to round off the page and create balance with the other side.
