Hey everyone!
Well, it’s the end of November and you know what that means… Christmas is right around the corner. And Christmas projects are in full swing! This layout is of my cute little grandson from a couple years back. One of my favorite pictures! Needless to say, I used the Spectacular Christmas Spectacular Collection! What a joy it was to receive this collection. Has to be the most beautiful Christmas collection I’ve ever had the pleasure of designing with!
The background is one of the papers from the Ultimate Page Kit. Most of my photos are too big to use the designs illustrated with the example, so I had to improvise and adjust the design and elements to fit the photo. On the top of the layout I have used the gorgeous poinsettias and holly from the Greenery Laser Cut Elements with a few berries from the Ultimate Page Kit. I added one of the bows from General Laser Cut Elements to the right of the photo, so cute! The photo was first matted with red cardstock, then placed on top of one of the Chipboard Frames. LOVE these frames!
The left of the photo is full of the same poinsettias and berries as the top, with a pinecone from the General Laser Cuts thrown in for good measure! I added another bow here to balance with the other one on the right.
On the bottom I carried the poinsettias and the pinecone around the photo. Under the flowers here I placed a piece from the Acetate Foliage because it matched the foliage on the top that was already printed on the paper.
On the right side is where all the other goodies are. The candy canes in the upper right corner are from the General Laser Cut Elements. The title is from the Chipboard word Set and the Santa is from the General Laser Cut Elements. The little circle word sentiment is from the Chipboard Set. I added acetate foliage to the right of the title and an Acetate wreath under the photo just to extend the leaves and berries. All this beautiful green and red from the holly and flowers just make it so festive and merry! I love all of it!
