Hello everyone,
I have a new project fir you, very different from my habits, but I wanted to make the advent calendar for my granddaughter this year to be able to slip small gifts because she is not too greedy for chocolate.
With cardboard, I created a box of 30×30 cm, the edges of 5.5×5.5 cm that I then covered with the papers of the collection «Christmas Spectacular 2023» I used the Hidden Holly paper for the side, Postmark for the back and Exemplified to cover the boxes. The boxes inside are 5×5 cm thin cardboard boxes, kraft color, that I had in my archives. I did not need to stick them because the measures are very tight.
On the Exemplified paper, I rub-on these beautiful Santa Claus and Poinsettia of the «12×12-classic-rub-on-transfer-sheet» that I then cut to cover the boxes. On each box, I add one day with the «6×8-classic-rub-on-transfer-set».
On some boxes, I added different decorations, but I was careful not to hinder the opening. Rub-on transfers are really perfect for that.
This is one side.
Once finished, my box seemed a little too simple, I finished by adding a handle this is a laser cut sheet lace band from a previous Christmas collection, and a small bunch of embellishments to decorate.
Now I just have to fill the boxes (lol).
