Hello, 49 and Market Friends!
I am super happy to share with you my first layout with the Vintage Artistry Everywhere collection. I love collections with travel themes, after all there is nothing better than keeping those travel memories in pages and some scrapbooking. This one looks amazing! The color palette is one of my favorites.
The focus of my page was the Chipboards Geo Frames. When I saw them, I knew I would have a page full of them. For the background, I used the Ticket Montage paper from the Collection Pack. I used the opposite side of the colored tickets because I wanted to use the 12×12 transfer sheet of Wash Rub-on.
I’ve separated three pictures of my daughter travelling to Porto to cut in circles and paste under the white, orange, and light blue geo frames. For the green and navy, I used circles from the Chipboard Set and the Geo Frames. On the Chipboard set I also used two other geo frames, with map print and compass circles.
I decorated between the photos with Ephemera Bits, Laser Cut Elements like butterflies and laces, and a few more rub-ons from the 6×8 sheet.
For my title, I made a layer of colored houses from the Chipboard Set and the words “Destination” and “Everywhere” from the Chipboard Word Set.
To finish my page, I made a border at the bottom with a Fabric Tape of colored tickets. What wonderful material! I was delighted with the result, and as the tape is repositionable it gives us time to work well so that it stays in the position we want. I took the opportunity to make a zig zag seam on top of it and the result was amazing!
The finishing touch was the Wishing Bubbles and Baubles epoxy coat. I really liked how it looked!
