Hello, 49 and Market Friends!
I hope everything is fine with you.
Today, I am sharing a 12×12 layout process video on the 49andMarket YouTube channel with the beautiful ARToptions Rouge collection.
Here are some steps of my creative process.
I used the Fond Memories Paper from the ARToptions Rouge 12×12 paper collection and the colored foundation 04 from ARToptions Rouge colored foundation pack.
I cut three strips of fond memories paper about 2 inches high and 1/2 inch on the side. I distressed the edges of the strips with scissors. I centered the three strips on the Colored foundation 04 and glued them together. Then I sewed the strips with my sewing machine and the zig-zag stitch.
I glued two pictures of my children and our dog into their whitewashed chipboard frames from Vintage Artistry Essentials. Then I started to decorate my page with the ARTOptions Rouge Rub-on transfer set. I also used titles, colored splashes, leaves, and flowers.
Then, on top of the rub-ons stickers I put blossom acetate leaves from Color Swatch Blossom as well as elements of Rouge laser cut wildflowers. I set everything up in such a way as to create floral arrangements with plenty of relief and texture on both sides of my frames. I used the beautiful butterflies from the acetate kit too.
I also used some chipboard elements from the Plum Grove collection that matched each other with the color palette from the Rouge collection.
