Hello everyone and welcome back to the blog.
Today I am sharing a layout using the fabulous new collection “Vintage Artistry Tranquility”. This collection is so beautiful! Full of all the beautiful elements you have come to expect from 49 and Market. I was in the mood for something romantic, and with this collection being so soft and pretty, I couldn’t resist. Everything on this layout is from the Tranquility Collection with exception of some little chipboard leaves from 2Crafty. I hope you like it!
Starting up at the top left, you can see the tags from the Tag Set tucked in under the photo. Under the tags I placed a frame from the Ephemera Bits. I cut the frame in half so I could get good coverage under the photo. I used a rub-on from the Rub-On Transfer Set under the flower cluster along with some chipboard leaves from 2Crafty. The flowers (so beautiful) matched the colors of this collection so perfectly! I used Rustic Bouquet Bluejay, Royal Spray Ocean Jade and Royal Posies Ocean Jade flowers throughout the layout. Here also you can see the frame around the photo. This is one of the frames from the Filmstrip Frames.
Moving down the left side is another flower cluster. I used the same flowers here, and the same chipboard leaves. Also using another Rub-On from the Transfer Set. I love these little hearts from the Ephemera Bits.! I placed a couple word strips on top of them also from the Ephemera Bits. These add to the romantic theme of the layout.
I chose “This” for the title from the Chipboard Word Set. So many title to choose from. This title was perfectly romantic and fit this photo beautifully. The background paper is from the Ultimate Page Kit. I chose this one because it is printed with leaves in a circle and it was perfect for the bottom of flower cluster adding beautiful foliage. At the bottom I added another Rub-On. On the background paper there is a circle in the middle with a sentiment going around it. I cut that out and placed it under the title on top of a paper doily and tucked it in under the photo. Here also you can see a filmstrip from the Filmstrip Frames. It runs the length of the layout under the photo on top of the lace strip from the Laser Cut Elements pack. I added another little heart, just because!
The photo is matted with backing from the Ephemera Bits and one of the cards that I cut in half from the Card Kit. I placed 2 tickets from the Ephemera Bits under the photo to balance out the right side. Then lastly, I placed 2 inserts taken out one of the smaller Filmstrips and added them to the top here, and to the bottom left on the layout. I placed a little heart on each from the Chipboard Word Set.
